Zoholics Canada 2023: Clientric Employees Takeaways
Destiny:
Q. How was your experience at Zoholics, and what did you like most about it?
My overall experience was very positive at Zoholics. I was able to share ideas with other partners in the industry, talk to Zoho users about what they like and don’t like, and through these conversations, discover new ways to use the tool and share with users some opportunities to improve their experience. What I liked the most about the event were the conversations with Zoho users, Zoho team members, and other partners. Zoho identifies well with its partners and enforces an opportunity to grow together.
Q. Can you state any major takeaways from the event, both that helped you grow and for Clientric?
My major takeaways from the event were:
1. Zoho Projects Plus and how it will improve our internal project structure and become a powerful tool for our clients.
2. Zoho IOT, becoming involved with this tool and seeing its potential for our market and clients when it’s launched in 2024.
3. Zoho Trident, a new tool for office organizations
4. Learning about how companies and Zoho users utilize HRIS tools together with their Zoho One suite of products to improve employee experience and engagement. Learning more about what they love, like, and don’t like. also gaining further insight into how we might use it internally and in collaboration with clients.
Q. How was your experience meeting with other Zoho Partners and Zoho employees?
Meeting with Zoho employees was insightful. They were engaged and interested in supporting our ideas and helping out. We have built connections with the team at Zoho to be more involved with new tools, do more idea-sharing, and optimize our learning and understanding of multiple Zoho tools.
Our experience meeting with partners created business partnerships and insights into their challenges and opportunities, as well as how they have overcome them. We have also been able to network with these partners on tools we may never have implemented ourselves yet (ex. Zoho FSM) and learn about key takeaways from partners that have.
Katelyn:
Q. How was your experience at Zoholics, and what did you like most about it?
My experience at Zoholics was fantastic! What I liked most was the opportunity to connect with fellow Zoho Partners and the incredible Zoho team. Additionally, discovering new ways to leverage Zoho tools was a significant highlight.
Q. Can you state any major takeaways from the event, both that helped you grow and for Clientric?
One significant takeaway for me was Zoho’s strong emphasis on ongoing innovation and its unwavering commitment to adding value to its platform.
Additionally, it was exciting to get an insider’s glimpse into the exciting new developments on the Zoho horizon.
Since Zoholics, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying experimenting with the beta version of the new Zoho Trident tool.
Q. How was your experience meeting with other Zoho Partners and Zoho employees?
Meeting other Zoho partners and Zoho employees was an awesome experience. It provided a platform for networking, where I learned about the exciting projects and initiatives that other partners are undertaking in the world of Zoho. It also allowed us to establish valuable connections to which we can now refer people, especially those who might not be the best fit for our services.

Manav:
Q. How was your experience at Zoholics, and what did you like most about it?
I was happy to be there at the Zoholics. We were able to meet the amazing team members of Zoho. What I like the most is that we got a chance to hear from Sridhar Vembu, the founder and CEO of Zoho Corporation.
Q. Can you state any major takeaways from the event, both that helped you grow and for Clientric?
As mentioned, we got the chance to talk with the Zoho team. We made connections with them, and now we can communicate with them through Zoho Cliq to get instant support for us and our clients.
Q. How was your experience meeting with other Zoho Partners and Zoho employees?
During our encounter with Zoho Partners and Zoho Team, we observed that our team at Clientric is working efficiently and utilizing Zoho at its best. Additionally, I was impressed by the exceptional collaboration among the Zoho team during Zoholics India. This experience not only made me appreciate them more but also gave me greater admiration for them.
Ritik:
Q. How was your experience at Zoholics, and what did you like most about it?
My experience at Zoholics was great. The thing I liked best about it was that I got to meet many partners and Zoho’s internal team and know closely how they work together.
Q. Can you state any major takeaways from the event, both that helped you grow and for Clientric?
Major takeaways I can say are that we got to know about some confidential information shared by Zoho at the event, some new updates about tools like Catalyst 2.0, and new software launches such as ulla, selenium, etc. Zoho is also investing pretty heavily in the research and development side.
Apart from that, Zoho is also working hard in the AI sector.
Q. How was your experience meeting with other Zoho Partners and Zoho employees?
It was an excellent experience meeting with the different Zoho partners. We get to know how they work with their clients and utilize Zoho tools to help them.
Meeting with Zoho employees was also an amazing experience. Everyone was amicable and always ready to help. I was able to learn more about their different tools and products.
