  • Inexperienced staff: Some of the operators in Zoho do not have a lot of experience, which results in inaccurate solutions and lack of customer satisfaction.

  • Lack of technical support: Unlike other support services, Zoho does not provide help with technical problems. Instead of helping clients with screen sharing or any other method, they just forward a link to the solution and end the chat.
